Billy Thompson has lived with axillary hyperhidrosis—excessive underarm sweating—for as long as he can remember. From layering shirts to avoiding certain colors and constantly worrying about sweat stains, he tried everything to manage the condition. But nothing worked. Years spent in sales only made the struggle worse, as he often sweat through his undershirts and dress shirts during meetings and presentations. It was uncomfortable, frustrating, and at times, embarrassing.

Determined to find a real solution—not just for himself, but for anyone dealing with the same daily battle—Billy teamed up with apparel expert Randy Choi in 2011. Together, they spent years researching and testing until they created the only patented sweat-proof undershirt. Lightweight, breathable, and truly effective, it finally gave Billy (and thousands of others) the freedom to move through the day without worrying about sweat.
