Do you cover return shipping costs?
We offer free return shipping for domestic orders under the 30-day guarantee. Please sign in with the email you used to place your order. You'll be sent a one-time 6-digit code you need to use to log in to your profile. From there, you'll be able to select which order you would like to create a refund request for.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return, once received. Any credits or charges will be issued to the original form of payment unless indicated by Customer Service.
What if my shirt is damaged in transit?
Please let us know. Once we receive the return request, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
What if I have a concern about my order?
Please reach out to us via phone, chat, or email with any order concerns. Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
How can I return Undershirt Packs?
Individual items cannot be returned; all items in the pack must be included for a refund. If a return request is received for part of your pack of four, it will be denied. You will need to request the return again with all four tees.
Can I request an Exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges. All returns requested, within policy, are processed as refunds to the original payment method.
If you need a different style or size, no problem! Simply submit a return request and our team will provide you with the return instructions. When submitting your return request, please add the word “EXCHANGE” in the optional note section so we know you’re returning the item because you’d like to purchase a different style or size.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the returned item(s) to your original payment method. You can then place a new order for the style or size you need.
If you used a discount on your original order, our team will provide you with a new discount code to use toward your replacement order.
