Here's how to put on your face mask:

1. Clean your hands with soap and water before touching the mask.
2. Hold the mask so the Thompson Tee tag is facing outwards.
3. Determine how you want to wear the mask. It’s designed with a slightly larger gap on one side to fit your nose or chin, whichever option feels the most comfortable.
4. Hold mask by the ear loops. Place a loop around each ear.
5. Pull the mask over your mouth and chin.

Here's how to remove your face mask:

1. Clean your hands with soap and water before touching the mask.
2. Hold the mask by the ear loops. Avoid touching the front of the mask, which is contaminated.
3. Hold both of the loops and gently lift and remove the mask.
4. Wash before wearing the mask again.

Glasses mist up when air is pushed upwards through the top of the mask — it’s common with nearly any type of face mask. Here are a few tips to keep your face mask from fogging up your glasses:

• Pull the nose pouch high enough on your nose to rest your glasses or sunglasses on: it helps create a seal to stop your glasses from fogging.
• Wash your glasses with soapy water: Immediately before wearing the mask, wash your glasses in soapy water and let air dry. The thin film left behind after they’re dry helps prevent your face mask from fogging up your glasses.
• Anti-fog spray: Anti-fog spray is used by swimmers to stop their goggles from fogging up. Note: It can cause irritation, so make sure to do your research ahead of time.
• Use a dab of shaving cream: Similar to the soap, try polishing your lenses with a tiny dab of shaving cream. Let it dry, and buff off the excess. This helps create a clear layer over your glasses to protect against fogging.
